The short version

This is a small informational website. It has no accounts, no shopping cart and no advertising. The only personal information it handles is what you choose to type into the contact form. We do not sell personal information.

Each of the sites we operate has its own privacy policy, published on that site, covering what that site collects. This page covers aetheraiworks.com only.

Who we are

AetherAI is a registered DBA (doing business as) of Yarn Country, LLC of Sandpoint, Idaho, USA. Yarn Country, LLC is the controller of the personal information described here. To reach us about privacy, use the contact form.

What we collect

Contact form. Your name, your email address and your message. We use them to reply to you, and for nothing else. The message is delivered to our mailbox by email and kept there for as long as we need it to handle your request, typically no longer than one year.

Server logs. Like every website, our hosting provider records basic technical details of each request — the address requested, the time, your IP address, browser type and referring page. We use these only to keep the site running and to investigate abuse. They are retained for a short period (under 30 days) and then discarded.

Bot protection. The contact form may use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from automated submissions. Turnstile is provided by Cloudflare and processes limited browser and network data for that purpose only. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

We do not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies or tracking pixels on this site.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own. Turnstile, when it runs, may set a cookie strictly needed for the verification to work.

Who we share it with

• Cloudflare, Inc., which hosts this site and delivers contact form messages to us.
• Nobody else, unless the law requires it.

We do not sell, rent or trade personal information.

Your rights and choices

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Use the contact form and we will respond within 30 days.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or California, you may have additional rights under local law, including the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. Material changes will be noted here for at least 30 days.
